Hanul Tentea-Pasul Gutai, located in the picturesque Baia-Sprie, was a delightful retreat for our recent city break. the rooms, fitted with flat-screen TVs and cozy seating areas, offered a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Although we were mesmerized by the stunning views from the apartment's balcony, we found the presence of bugs, especially wasps, due to the lack of nets, slightly off-putting. However, the exceptional food served at the restaurant more than made up for it - each dish was a flavorful delight. the spa facilities, while requiring an extra fee, were worth every penny for a moment of relaxation. Exploring the hiking trail to Creasta Cocosului, just across the street, was a highlight, offering a scenic journey through forests and meadows. As an adventure guide with a deep appreciation for nature, Hanul Tentea-Pasul Gutai provided the perfect base for our exploration of the Carpathian Mountains. the location, excellent service, and delicious food made our stay truly exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend this eco-friendly mountain lodge to anyone seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure in Romania.
